Morgenbericht is owned and operated by Nordklar Media Ltd, a private company registered in Gibraltar with company number C 92009. The registered office is at Office 9, Business Centre, Valletta, 0000, and the company is listed on the Malta Business Registry.
Nordklar Media Ltd was founded in 2024 and is the sole corporate entity behind Morgenbericht (morgenbericht.de). The company does not have external investors, parent organisations, or state ownership. All strategic decisions are made by the company’s directors, who are based in Sweden and Gibraltar and who have committed to keeping the publication independent from any political party, trade association, or lobbying group. How is Morgenbericht funded?
Morgenbericht is funded through a mix of display advertising, affiliate links, commercial partnerships, sponsored content, newsletter sponsorships, and content licensing arrangements. No single revenue stream dominates, and the funding model is designed to sustain independent journalism without reliance on public subsidies or corporate underwriting.

The Chefredaktör (editor-in-chief) holds final authority over all editorial content and publication decisions, and no commercial partner or advertiser has input into what we write, when we publish, or how we frame stories.
The company’s governance structure explicitly states that Christian Busch, as Chefredaktör, is accountable for editorial standards and is the final arbiter of any content-related dispute. He reports to the board of Nordklar Media Ltd, but the board has agreed not to interfere with editorial judgement. Who is responsible for what we publish?
